		<description>I resent the idea of exploiting poverty in the name of capitalism. The idea a slum tour sounds like an avid traveler&#039;s bragging right badge. I understand how it can be a new way for locals to make money but in long run, it provides no stable source of income. What happens when the slum loses its novelty? How are the locals going to generate income when they&#039;ve been dependent on foreigners? Sometimes giving money just isn&#039;t enough. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Like the proverb goes: Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.</description>
