My dear friends Lauren and Adam have informed me that they’ll be having a baby in 7 months’ time.
I’ve known Lauren since I was in the 2nd grade; that means a long time.
I couldn’t be happier for them.
Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Gura.
Disclaimer: I told Lauren specifically to not have the baby in April, when I’m likely to be very, very busy with anti-malaria campaigns in San Jose. She has ignored this request of mine. I forgive her in this public forum.
