I’m working with Matt, one of our interns who is still on the ground in Kenya, to put the finishing touches on a proposal. We’re planning to work with one of our community-based organizations in the Kayole suburb of Nairobi to arrange a permanent space in a market. The basic idea is to give the group, and perhaps another one of our partners, a space in which to meet and engage in income-generating activities. The image is the satellite shot of where we want to put the thing down. Stay tuned for more updates from this interesting project.
